BioI am a twenty-something born and raised in the south. I enjoy life, but everyone needs an outlet now and again. I plan to run this as a personal journal not connected to my real life blog. In other words, this will probably be completely and utterly boring for everyone not truly interested in personal matters of people unknown.
Work and relationship matters will feature the most in the half-remembered updates from day to day. Occassionally, I will probably mention something going on in the news, or perhaps I might comment on something happening in the fandoms I am active in, otherwise don't look to anything too thrilling. (I am a very boring person in real life, haha.)
A little bit about me.. I am an English major, although sometimes I will have human errors when it comes to my grammar. Obviously, Alice is only a pen name - it's inspired by one of my favorite books. Books are at the top of my Christmas list, byt the way. I tend to be liberal in my beliefs; I support gay marriage and abortion, for example. Social sciene and psychology are intriguing to me as well. I don't have a real opinion about the war or our president - strange in this day and age, I know - but I do watch the news and frequent MSNBC.
I am active in the Harry Potter fandom. Other fandoms I visit once in a while include Loveless, Yami no Matsuei, and Artemis Fowl. I have written fanfiction in the past, and I plan to continue once my work permits me time. Speaking of which, I work in retail at on office supply store. It's not fun. At all.
